* VIDEO WALKTHROUGH ($50). A simple, unedited HD video that walks potential buyers through the home. We will set it to music and either put it inside a Virtual Tour (an additional $50) or you can put it on your own YouTube channel.

– DRONE ($75). 8-12 images taken from a drone. ADD Drone Video for an additional $175

* VIRTUAL TWILIGHT SHOT ($40 for one image. $30 each for two or more). Transform an exterior photo to look like it was taken at dusk.
* MLS PROPERTY DESCRIPTION ($50). Let us write your MLS description.
* TURN LIGHTS ON/OFF & OPEN BLINDS ($25-$50 depending on property). If Homeowner/Realtor won’t be there to turn lights on or open blinds & you need us to do it.
* ROOM MEASUREMENTS ($5 Per room). As long as we are there taking pictures, let us measure the rooms for you.

* GREEN UP ($75) For homes recently remodeled or updated. We will return to a home we previously photographed and take up to 8 fresh photos. Travel charges may apply.
* YOU WANT TO USE PHOTOS OF A PROPERTY WE HAVE ON FILE ($50 for up to 30 photos. $75 for 40 or more) You want to use photos of a property we have previously taken for someone else.
