* AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY:
– DRONE ($75). 10-15 images taken from a drone.
– DRONE & VIDEO ($195). 10-15 images plus a 1-2 minute video.
* VIRTUAL TOUR, PROPERTY WEBSITE, PRINTABLE FLYERS ($50) Slideshow of all photos set to music. Bonus: Full-color flyer you can print out, and a dedicated website for the property.

* TURN LIGHTS ON/OFF & OPEN BLINDS ($25 for lights. $25 for blinds). If Homeowner/Realtor won’t be there to turn lights on or open blinds & you need us to do it.
